Well, here Rudy and I sit waiting - our ride was supposed to be here at 8:30 and it´s 9:45. This is more like Africa than I ever imagined! we had a nice dinner last night at El convento - an old convent from the 1600´s. We took a taxi home; always an adventure. We are supposedto be going to churchç; hope wehaven´t missed it!
By the way, Rudy made me try grilled octopus lastnight at dinner. WAY out of my comfort zone, let me just say. I had tortellini made with cream cheese and spinach; only I wouldhave Italian food in Nicaragua, eh?ç
My mind is spinning with all of the need I have seen. It´s such a reminder of the suffering that is EVERYWHERE! God´s blessings on your day - and ours!

You go Girl. It sounds a lot like Africa. Isn't it incredible how much poverty is in the world. God is useing you, and you are making him proud. Be safe in the rest of your travels.
